National – At 6:49 a.m. on December 14, the report requested an officer in reference to a possible servant in the 500 block of S. Lincoln. She hears a female and a male screaming in the area. Last seen looking north on Lincoln.

Burglary – At 8:32 a.m., the report asked an officer in reference to a break-in that occurred the previous night through a window in the back of the First United Methodist Church building. Any stolen goods and the building are cleaned.

Additional patrol – The reporting party has requested additional patrol in reference to morning speeding violations between 7.45 a.m. and 8 a.m. at Washington Pre-K.

Traffic stop – A road check at 4th and Highland at 9:25 am, the driver did not have a driver’s license. The vehicle was towed by Jay Warners Towing.

National – The 911 report requested that an officer in reference to an ex-half with his brother came and took their child and their belongings. They were in a green / blue 2020 Chevy Equinox. Left scene in an unknown direction of travel. The reporting party indicated that she had been physically assaulted. The units have come into contact with both halves. Agent # 24 took a statement from the male half while # 40 made contact with the declaring party. # 40 recommended options given on a civil issue. Information report taken for a warrant request.

Runaway child – The declaring party requested an officer in reference to their 12-year-old runaway young man at 1:20 p.m. Possibly seen at the Big Country mobile home trailer park asking someone to come to Blackwell. White male, curly brown hair. Agent 40 had the minor put to flight.

Accident – At 13:36, the declarer asked for an officer in reference to a vehicle vs pedestrian at 14th and Prospect. The subject who was touched was last seen walking to Walmart wearing a black shirt and Jiffy Trip hat. The vehicle was a white Hyundai Elantra, possible label OK ABR134. Officers located and made contact with the two halves. The pedestrian refused the EMS. Officer # 24 took a report.

Stop – The reporting party requested an officer with reference to a subject at the probation office with warrants. Taken prisoner in police custody with Roger White, 5/1990 for petty theft, speeding, breach of insurance.

Suspicious person / vehicle – K851 with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol received a text at 2:27 p.m. regarding an intruder on the West Middle School campus. All units left en route. I contacted East Middle School and gave the green light. West Middle School has also given the green light.

Reckless driver – The reporting party has been told of a reckless driver in a silver Buick swerving all over the road at 14th and Prospect. Last seen looking north. All units recommended.

Vandalism – The declarer informed that Octavio Gomez is drunk and broke the declarant’s windshield. Last seen looking north on West Alley by Spin City. Information taken for report, damage was caused to the declarant’s vehicle.

Hit and run accident – Declarer indicated he was in a fender bender at 5th and Bradley, but the other half left. Time lapse: 20 minutes. The reporting portion was at 1100 Princeton.

Reckless driver – The reporting party has been made aware of a yellow Mustang with black stripes which continues to accelerate in the area at 2100 Meadowbrook. Unable to develop the probable cause of the vehicle stopping.

Reckless driver – Silver Sedan, tag KLV633, drove recklessly at 7:24 p.m. The vehicle is parked at Casey’s. The driver is signaled, left the vehicle in the parking lot and drove her home.

National – At 8:14 p.m., a maid between a man and a woman performed in Green Acres, unarmed. National report taken.

Disturbance – At 8:36 p.m., an employee reported that an Indian had ripped the fire extinguisher from the wall and then attempted to break into one of the rooms at the Rose Stone Inn. The employee kicked him out. The declarer does not know if he is still there. Half the problem is a Woodrow Kent. Agent 13 made a report.

Drunk driver – At 11:34 pm, the reporter reported that a subject in a white Dodge truck had thrown a can of beer out of his window in Osage and South. Last seen looking west.

Burglary – At 8:11 a.m. on December 15, the Hammock Motor City flagperson called the police department for a vehicle break-in. Report of vandalism taken.

Field interview – At 10:42 am an officer was out with five miners in Albany and Hillside, another unit asked. All transported to high school.

Back on the run – The 911 report asked an officer with reference to her to locate her son on the run behind Chili’s at 11:06 a.m. Runaway jumped from the moving vehicle. Officer 24 followed them to their residence. Juvenile out of the NCIC.

Stolen vehicle – A 1981 Yamaha motorcycle has been stolen in the past 24 hours. The motorcycle has been registered with the NCIC. Try to locate the shipment to surrounding agencies on a 1981 Yamaha XS400, red with black seat, tag 9Q9450, top of gas tank is gray.

Various – At 12:28 p.m., the report was begging at Walmart. They were informed of the city decree and moved at the request of the owner.

Runaway child – The reporting party asked for an officer in reference to the runaway, Caleb Fosnight, a 13-year-old white male, possibly Code White. Residents are all coded white. Juvenile was registered with the NCIC.

Various – At 1:02 p.m., a large quantity of glass was in the road at 104 N. 1st. Officer # 40 was investigating. The glass came from some of the blown windows at the address. CE7 has been notified.

Additional patrol – An additional patrol has been requested in reference to speeders passing by the detour at 905 E. Bradley.

Burglary – At 2:09 pm, a building behind the house at 815 S. 4th had the door knocked down, unable to see anyone around. You’ve got hold of the owner, he’ll call if he decides to file a report. There was nothing inside. The owner has called back and wants to report.

Options – The out-of-town flagman requested to speak to an officer in reference to his vehicle which was stolen on December 14 in Lowes.

Reckless driver – At 3:51 p.m., the flagman instructed an officer to contact a woman driving a red Ford Explorer doing 40 mph in a school zone and was not parked at Sonic on 608 S. 14th. The reporting party wishes to speak to an agent after making contact.

Runaway child – Leak report for Zavion Gates, who left 604 N. Ash in the morning, wearing a gray hoodie and sweatpants.

Runaway child – The reporting party requested that an officer in reference to Noah McBride had fled at 5:39 pm, wearing a light gray t-shirt and red shorts.

Accident – A three vehicle crash with unknown injuries occurred at 5:52 p.m. on the 14 and Bradley. East side of intersection. The road has been cleared.

Disturbance – The reporting party asked an officer to hear two gunshots which appeared to come from inside the residence to the south of the reporting party (2229 Mary). Making contact with some neighbors, unable to locate where he came from.

Parking problem – The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a Ford Crown Vic parked too close to its Tahoe in the parking lot at 2100 N. Union, and the reporting party cannot exit the parking lot. The declaring party threatens to strike the vehicle with his vehicle. Made contact with the two halves and the vehicle was moved.

Additional patrol – The reporting party has requested additional patrol in the Meadowbrook Village area in reference to his other half, Dillon Blankenship, being released from the Kay County Sheriff’s office and the reporting party is concerned he may break into his residence .
