Police blotter: Neighbor broke into apartment during noise dispute in Longview on Tuesday | Crime and courts

Burglary – Officers from the Longview Police Department arrested Charles Belgard III, 32, of Longview on Tuesday on suspicion of burglary and second degree theft.
Trafficking in stolen goods – Officers from the Longview Police Department arrested Skyler James, 24, of Longview on Tuesday on suspicion of trafficking in stolen goods, third degree theft and impaired driving.
Malicious mischief – Kelso Police Department officers on Tuesday arrested Benjamin Street, 36, of Kelso on suspicion of malicious mischief, hit and run affecting unattended property and driving with a suspended license.

- 200 block from St. James Place, Longview. Tuesday. Jeep Wrangler 2013 black. The owner’s purse and credit cards were inside when it was stolen.
